Auction Terms & Conditions This is an online only auction supporting the The 2020 CIDC Chamber Vitrual Banquet in Cresco, Iowa. Bidding will open on 11/12/20 and will begin closing on 11/19/20 at 5:55pm CST. All bids from this auction will benifit the Norman Borlaug Heritage Foundation’s Shelter Project at the Birthplace Farm as we honor the 50th Anniversary of Dr. Norman Borlaug receiving the Nobel Peace Prize. READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT TO BID. Once you bid, you will be bound legally by the following terms and rules that are stated here. * ALL items are offered "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantees, expressed or implied, by the consignor or Burke Auction Service, LLC, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. * Burke Auction Company gives no warranties or guarantees as to any descriptions made on any item at any time. Items are described as accurately as possible, but do not represent any guarantee by the consignor or Burke Auction Service. Lighting, surroundings, and other factors can affect the perception of an item in a photo. * ALL bidders are strongly recommended/Encouraged to complete their own personal inspection of the item(s) before placing a bid. It is the responsibility of the buyer to examine the item and determine worth, condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor before they bid. All items must be removed within the time announced in terms of sale unless prior arrangements have been made. Any Items not removed at the allotted time, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon by Burke Auction, will be considered forfeited merchandise and will become the possession and property of Burke Auction. * Bidder further agrees not to transact any business on auction premises other than with Auction Company. * All rights, privileges, and powers reserved or granted to auctioneer in these Terms of Sale shall be deemed reserved and granted to auctioneer's employees, advertising representative, and all owners for whom the items are being sold. * Online bidding is a provided service and bidders understand and acknowledge that this service may not function properly.
